Body Talk- Women’s Health Education

Our Body Talk programming invites women of all ages to explore and understand the intricacies of their bodies throughout various stages of womanhood. Through open conversations, expert-led discussions, and hands-on activities, this programming breaks down taboos, promotes knowledge, and fosters a supportive community where women can share experiences, learn, and empower one another.

            CRIADO Community            Classes

Our Comunity Classes initiative is designed to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals of all backgrounds can engage in diverse activities aimed at personal growth and skill development. WE partner with community wellness leaders to offer opportunities for relaxation, physical activity, and exploration of new interests. By participating in our Community Classes, individuals gain access to a wide range of education and recreational activities, fostering personal development and contributing to overall wellbeing. 

Community Building & Awareness

CRIADO's community-building events encompass a Black Maternal Health Week celebration and various activities during World Mental Health Month. These gatherings provide platforms for connection, empowerment, and dialogue, fostering a supportive environment for women to share experiences and prioritize their wellbeing

Coin Comfort -Wellbeing Financial Assistance

Coin Comfort is a compassionate program by CRIADO designed to offer financial stipends and assistance to women, empowering them to access resources that support their overall wellbeing. Through this initiative, CRIADO aims to provide essential financial support, ensuring that women can prioritize their mental, physical, and emotional health without facing economic barriers.
