CRIADO is committed to empowering women to prioritize their wellbeing through workshops, classes, and collective spaces that nourish the mind, body, and community.
Too often, women are forced to choose between their own mental, physical, emotional care, their finances, and their families.

What We Do
CRIADO exists to be the bridge between women and wellbeing. Through carefully designed programs and initiatives, we provide free events, classes, and wellbeing stipends to make social, physical, emotional, and intellectual wellbeing a tangible reality for sisters, mothers, and daughters alike.
